JACQUE'S LIST OF ADD SYMPTOMS

This is a survey of symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder that one person has compiled from multiple sources.

This is not a medical tool or the source of any advice, medical or otherwise. It is only a survey to see what are the things that people think are ADD symptoms, and to see how many people relate to those things.

To see how you score with this, check the boxes next to the symptoms which you feel apply to yourself.

When you get to the bottom, if you feel that an ADD symptom has been missed, enter it into the line at the bottom to add it to this list. (It will be reviewed before becoming live.)
